Please remember that most of our Artisan products are handmade, so it is important to note that there may be slight variances in colour or size – this is what makes our products unique.

Your satisfaction is important to us that’s why we offer a ‘no questions asked’ returns policy so that you can shop with confidence. If you’re not totally happy with your purchase or an item* has arrived damaged, please return the product to us within 14 days and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
*All items should be in saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold).

We offer FREE return delivery in Tunisia via Tunisia Post, providing the item is returned within 14 days of receipt and returned in its original packaging.

Please return all products with tags intact, re-using the packaging materials. To assist in quickly processing your return, please also include a copy of your invoice. Your feedback is invaluable to assist us improve or product range and service, we would appreciate knowing why you decided to return your purchase.
